MACHINE V3 - BOOST / HANG / STRUCTURE

For riders seeking an intuitive, high-performance Old School Big Air kite with exceptional hangtime, easy handling, and lasting durability.

THE DESIGN DIFFERENCE

The Machine V3 embodies the classic freeride Big Air experience aka Old School Big Air, blending power, stability, and ease of use. Its rigid 5-strut frame ensures exceptional structure and control, delivering consistent performance in gusty conditions or under heavy loads. This makes it ideal for riders who value a stable, forgiving ride for big boosts and smooth landings. The addition of DLE 135 along the trailing edge reduces canopy stretch for long-term performance, while fiberglass battens enhance aerodynamic efficiency for improved hangtime. The Machine V3’s intuitive design ensures riders of all levels can access the power and progression of Old School Big Air.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Machine V3 sets the standard for Old School Big Air, combining unmatched stability, power, and ease of use. FrameLITE

Utilized throughout the Machine V3 airframe, this high-tenacity polyester features biaxial gridding and extensive emulsion coating, eliminating stretch in all directions to deliver superior response and handling in all conditions. The stiffness of FrameLITE’s unique weave structure significantly reduces elongation of the airframe and increases multi-season durability. At 160 grams per square meter, FrameLITE uncompromisingly offers the optimum balance of flex, strength, stiffness, and weight.

High-Pressure Inflation

In 2025 we decided to move to a high-pressure valve, originally designed for the military to inflate their boats quickly, with the ability to deflate just as quickly. This gives the rider the most durable and fastest inflation and deflation system on the market. Inflation takes half as much effort and deflation takes half as much time.

4X4 Canopy Tech

The strongest, stiffest, and most durable canopy material used in any kite. 4X4 Canopy Tech is rein-forced ripstop nylon with a 4X4 weave that delivers unrivaled tear resistance, near-zero stretch, and season-after-season durability.

TrimFlight Bridle

The TrimFlight Bridle delivers the least amount of drag, which significantly increases the Machine’s efficiency and response. More than just lightweight, the 6-point bridle geometry creates a cascade effect that maintains structure in the kite while providing the rider with pinpoint steering accuracy.

Rider Customization System (RCS)

The Rider Customization System allows you to fine-tune your kite’s performance to match your unique riding style and conditions. With multiple attachment points and adjustable settings, you can optimize bar pressure, turning speed, and power delivery, ensuring a personalized and seamless experience every session.

DLE 135 Trailing Edge

With structure and durability being paramount, DLE 135 (a material that is more stretch resistant and lighter than DLE 175) was implemented.

Fiberglass Battens

The fiberglass battens installed on the canopy towards the wing tips goes a step further in raising the stiffness of the kite overall. These battens also aid in preventing unwanted flutter and wrinkles.
