The Salmon is a special signature edition of our Nomad board, designed exclusively for wake-park ripper Victor Salmon. Victor fell in love with the Nomad's outline, length and rocker profile, but couldn't help but wonder what it would feel like with an entirely flat base?so we built it for him.

The Salmon is a simplified cable specific rendition of Slingshot's original longboard, the Nomad. It's designed in partnership with one of our favorite park riders of all time - Victor Salmon. The smooth base is extremely playful in the park and the beefy sidewalls help to protect the core as Victor flips on, flips off, transfers from here to there and everywhere, and even kick-flips his board through the park. New for 2024 is a smaller 147 cm to give the up and coming generation a chance to get on board too. Much like a Salmon, this board is slick on the rails and fast through the water. Just a flick of the tail and you'll be tearing through the park. We made the Salmon because Victor asked us to and we couldn't help but agree that "Salmon" was a pretty amazing name for a board that spends most of its life in the water. The Salmon is not only the greatest wakeboard name and graphic design in our line, but it's also based off of the ever-popular Nomad board model. Its simplicity is perfect for park riders and its length gives wakeboarding a whole new look and feel. 

Atomic Wood Core 

Vertically laminated wood core construction is what gives Slingshot boards their signature flex performance. It's lightweight and durable, delivering superior pop, rebound, and that overall magical feeling in the park. 

Single-Shot Fusion Sidewalls 

Our innovative manufacturing process produces unrivalled dampening and durability by infusing the rail into the core of the board with a single shot, eliminating the need for fasteners or staples. 

Carbon Bedrock Inserts 

Light, flexible, and super strong, our Carbon Bedrock Inserts reduce overall board weight, increase pull strength, and allow for a more consistent flex under foot. 

Ballistic Base 

With .7mm's of bulletproof protection between your board and the surfaces you're sliding across, this base layer is ready for battle. Put to the test daily by some of the most daring park riders in the game. 

Continuous Rocker Profile 

This continuous curve equates to faster board speed on the water, allowing you to ride for longer periods of time with less arm fatigue and delivering an exciting, fast, and fun feel.

We deliver our goods through Australia Post (Regular and Express Post), Aramex, and TNT - depending on your location and product being shipped. There are a number of factors that effect delivery times, however you can generally allow 1 - 5 business/working days (excludes week ends and public holidays) to receive your item if in Australia. Allow 7-15 days for international orders.
